Need for Aid

I do not want to be you.
For my life is good.
Family near, sharing, confiding,
Home secure, created, safe,
Animals plentiful, healthy, amusing,
Garden flourishing, providing, cultivated,
Friends available, dependable, giving,
Church welcoming, worshipping, teaching,
School nurturing,improving, changing,
Land vast, red, free.
I do not want to be you,
But I need your help
Or my life will be lost.
